This is actually a series of four videos featuring Master Suzuki in which he shows the essence of the techniques that make Wado Ryu special.

I feel this set of videos is a must for all, they show Master Suzuki demonstrating techniques and include slow motion replays. Each video has good commentary and lasts approximately 35 Minutes.
